MEET THE CHARACTERS

Born into a line of nobility, Quintis Volusius Augustus trades his toga for the weight of sword and shield and fights in the Roman legions, under the command of the ambitious Gaius Julius Caesar for the glory of Rome.
Well-known for their daring and ferocious marches into the untamed lands of the barbarian territories, the legions soon find themselves at the mercy of the brutal foes they've been sent to defeat. For Quintis, the fight is just beginning and he has to face not only the rebellious barbarians, but also the cutthroat game of politics in the heart of Rome.
What he wants more than anything is to carve out his own path and with every attempt to do so, he gets closer to his etching his name in marble and further away from the life he left behind.
Come with Quintis on a thrilling journey of courage, aspiration and self reflection as he discovers what it means to be courageous both on the battlefield and in the corridors of power. A soldiers struggle to be remembered as a hero of Rome, or will the very ambitions that he admires send him down the path of despair. “Shadow of the Eagle” is a story of clashing forces, brotherhood and the pursuit of a dream in an era when the line between success and ruin is perilously thin.
